What does mushroom ketchup taste like?
The lovechild of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, it’s deeply umami but with a sweetness too.
Why is it so good?
This is a mushroom ketchup unlike any other. Thick, rich and bursting with flavour. With only 10% sugar we let the natural sweetness of the organic mushroom, aubergine and tomato sing.
