What does mushroom ketchup taste like?

The lovechild of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, it’s deeply umami but with a sweetness too.

Why is it so good?

This is a mushroom ketchup unlike any other. Thick, rich and bursting with flavour. With only 10% sugar we let the natural sweetness of the organic mushroom, aubergine and tomato sing.

Organic Mushroom, Organic Aubergine, Organic Passata, Organic Cider & Perry Vinegar, Organic Golden Cane Sugar, Water, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Allspice, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Black Garlic. Made from natural ingredients, shake before you serve.

Storage

Once opened, store this umami ketchup in the fridge and use it within 6 weeks.
