What is umami stock?
We’ve created a veg stock that houses all the classic ingredients for a stock but with the addition of deeply umami flavours too to make it incredibly savoury.
Why is it so good?
Made with over 75% veg, this veg stock is bursting with flavour. It has half the salt of most veg stocks and is yeast, gluten and sugar free. We are Soil Association certified organic and stay away from palm oil – we are all about boosting biodiversity. Vegan friendly!
How to use
Mix 1 teaspoon of stock with 500ml of hot water. Or add directly to marinades and sauces. You can even use it as an alternative to salt to directly season dishes.

Store this umami stock in a cool dark place, and once opened, use within 3 months.
